I visited Iraq with Mr. Gaskill. He is not a regular soldier. He works in the forensics lab, like on CSI. He has a lot of equipment to do his job. Some of it is kinda scary.
I am standing on a bridge that got bombed. It probably used to be a really strong bridge. This is all that is left.

This is a special house that
Saddam Hussein built when he was in charge. That was a long time ago. He is not in charge anymore because he hurt a lot of people.

Camp Victory. It is an army base where lots of soldiers live and work. It is so pretty here at night. The sky here looks the same as the sky in Las Vegas. Maybe it is because they are both in the desert.
This is a Mosque. That is where Muslim people go for church. I wonder if we have a Mosque in Las Vegas.
This is my friend, Manny the Bear. He kept me company in Iraq.
This is called the Victory Over America Palace. I bet Saddam Hussein built this when he thought he was going to win the war.
All of my friends on base came to say goodbye before I left to go home. The people at Camp Victory work really hard. I hope they can all go home to their families soon when the war is over.
